How to use the gift card?
The gift card can be used in the V Spa water and sauna center, in the Wellness area and for hotel accommodation.
The gift card is valid until the date indicated on the card and can be used until the full amount has been spent.
The gift card is not exchangeable for cash.
The gift card must be presented in printed form. If lost or damaged, it must be reprinted.
Please note: The Wellness World will be closed from 02–04.06.2025. The V Spa water and sauna center will be closed for maintenance from 02.06.–25.06.2025. The first Monday of each month is a maintenance day, and the water and sauna center will be closed.
